CANCELED DUE TO SNOW. FIELD TRIP: Spring Migration at Madison Audubon's Goose Pond Sanctuary

UPDATE 3/25/23. THIS FIELD TRIP IS CANCELED DUE TO SNOW. As the month of March draws to a close, increasing numbers and varieties of waterfowl begin migrating across the state's lakes, rivers, and marshes. Madison Audubon Society's Goose Pond Sanctuary provides an excellent venue to observe and enjoy the passage of these birds. Join us on Sunday, March 26 for a morning's exploration of the Sanctuary, and, time permitting, a side trip to the Schoenberg Waterfowl Production area.  We'll meet at the Stevens Point municipal parking lot just north of Chase Bank at 8:00 am to get organized or, if you prefer, join us at 10:00 at the Wingspan Observation Platform at Goose Pond.
