About the event
Christmas Bird Count happens every year the week of or week before Christmas in Central Wisconsin. Typically the Saturday before Christmas. If you are interested in joining the count, you would be assigned a route or assigned a group to join. Your group would then follow the instructions for counting birds in that route on the same day as all the other counters. If interested in helping or learning more, please contact one of the community coordinators in Central WI.
