Gene Jacobs has been banding raptors of many species, including Wisconsins smallest owl, the northern saw-whet owl, for nearly 50 years. Join us Friday evening, October 28th as Gene welcomes us to his home at Linwood Springs Research Station to give us a glimpse into the work he does with these tiny owls.
