About the event
Drawing Birds is a Junior Audubon program started at the onset of the COVID19 pandemic. We continue this program offering it in-person this year.
This workshop will take place at Schmeeckle Reserve on Saturday, April 15th from 1pm to 3pm. We will learning how to draw two different bird species during this workshop: a Red-Breasted Nuthatch and a Prairie Chicken, in honor of the Prairie Chicken Festival happening the same weekend! This workshop is free and all drawing supplies are provided to attendees.This workshop is recommended for young artists 8 years old and up. All skill levels welcomed.
