About the event
Quincy Bluff & Wetlands State Natural Area consists of several square miles of the bed of Glacial Lake Wisconsin which formed as the glaciers melted over 10,000 years ago. For our field trip, meet at the public parking lot on the east side of the Wisconsin River, North of the Clark Street Bridge and the Chase Bank parking lot at 8am to carpool. The trip to Quincy Bluff is about 70 miles/a 90 minute drive. Questions? Contact Bob Freckmann at 715-344-0686 / rfreckma@uwsp.edu.
